Whether it is a leak that needs a look this week or a roof you want inspected before it becomes a problem, the first step is the same: a walk of the roof itself before anything gets quoted.

Get in Touch About Your Roof

Sherman, Texas
Crazy Cowboy Construction roof inspection and repair

What to Have Ready When You Reach Out

It helps to know roughly how old the roof is, whether there has been a recent storm that prompted the call, and whether you have noticed any specific signs like a stain on a ceiling, missing shingles, or standing water in a gutter. None of that is required to get a visit scheduled, but it helps us come prepared for what we are likely to find, especially on properties with more than one structure to look at.

If the property includes a barn, shop, or other outbuilding you would like included in the same visit, mention that up front so we can plan enough time to walk every roof on the property rather than just the house. The same goes for a gutter or siding issue you want looked at alongside a roof question, since we would rather plan for it than come back a second time for something that could have been handled on the first visit.

Areas We Cover

We work throughout Sherman and the surrounding Grayson County towns, including Denison, Van Alstyne, Howe, Pottsboro, and Bonham, along with the acreage properties and smaller communities in between. If you are unsure whether your property falls within range, reach out and ask. Most of the areas along the US-75 corridor between Sherman and the Lake Texoma shoreline are within regular reach for both scheduled work and post-storm inspections.

For properties further out toward the county line, we still take the call, we just ask a few more questions up front about access and whether the property has more than one structure that needs a look. Scheduling a visit around a weekend for a seasonal or lake property is not a problem, and we would rather work around your timing than rush a roof walk when nobody is there to answer questions afterward. We will let you know roughly how long a visit will take before we show up, so you are not left wondering when to expect us.
